Excuse Me, Carrie Underwood Gave Birth Four Months Ago And Looks Like THIS In A Bikini

Carrie Underwood is beyond busy right now—not only is she a mom of two (Isaiah, 4, and Jacob, 4 months), but she’s also currently on her Cry Pretty Tour 360. But her latest Instagram post proves she still carves out time for the gym.
In a video of two photos she shared Thursday on Instagram, Carrie shows off her abs, which are honestly straight fire. In the second photo, Carrie is facing away from the camera, and you can see her crazy-toned back.

Even trainer, Erin Oprea is proud of her. “HOTTTTTTTT!!!!! That’s what hard work and discipline can do,” Oprea commented.
This isn’t the first time Carrie’s shown off her killer body on Instagram—she’s actually been sharing a ton of info about her workouts on Instagram lately. Last week, she shared a totally badass photo of herself and her former NFL pro husband Mike Fisher working out in a mobile gym together on her tour. “Better together,” she captioned the photo.

And on Mother’s Day, she shared a hilarious note from her personal trainer, Eve Overland, that spelled out her workout for the day using the letters in the holiday for inspiration. Carrie pointed out that she did five reps each with heavier weights for the first round, 12 reps with lighter weights for the second, and 19 for the third and ran on the treadmill between sets. Whew!

This was @eveoverlandfitness ‘s Mother’s Day themed work out. I tried to tell her that “yay, burpees!” isn’t a thing. 😂🤷♀️ I did 5 of each for the first round with heavier weights, 12 of each for the second with slightly lighter weights and 19 of each for the third (today’s date). I ran on the treadmill between sets. It was a fun, full-body workout! Feeling good and ready for tonight’s show in Fresno!!! 💪👊 #staythepath
