Pippa Middleton Shares Her Fitness Tips Leading Up To Her Wedding
Pippa Middleton’s wedding is now less than a month away, so of course, the 33-year-old is amping up her regular fitness routine and focusing on her diet to ensure she’s in the best shape of her life while walking down the aisle.
The most talked about nuptials of the year are taking place on May 20th St Mark’s Church, Englefield, where Pippa will marry James Matthews, with Prince George and Princess Charlotte both in the official wedding party.
Diet wise, Pippa is always pretty healthy. She eats three meals a day and focuses on wholegrain, energy-fuelled carbohydrates.
“I also increase my portion sizes based on my training level, with lots of brown rice, lentils, quinoa and sweet potato, and for breakfast, porridge and rye toast,” she says.

“I don’t get fussy, though, because I enjoy food too much. But a week or so before an event – (we’re sure her wedding qualifies) – I’m quite conscious of eating really nutritious foods to store energy and I cut out alcohol, refined sugar and processed foods,” she toldHELLO!
Pippa is also a fan of the SirtFood Diet, which was introduced to her by her former trainer Pete Geracimo, who has also trained Adele and Kim Cattrall.
The diet consists of two phases focused around incorporating 20 fat-burning SirtFoods into a diet. The website describes the first two weeks as:
“PHASE 1 This lasts for seven days. During the first three days, you should have three sirtfood green juices and one full meal rich in sirtfoods – a total of 1,000 calories. On days four to seven, you should increase your calorie intake to 1,500 by having two green juices and two meals daily.
PHASE 2 This 14-day maintenance phase is intended to help you lose weight steadily. You can eat three balanced sirtfood-rich meals every day, plus one green juice.”
Fitness wise, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge has been attendingexclusive fitness centre and private club KX Gym in Chelsea, where she does various classes including pilates, E! News reports.
However, with a marathon already under her belt, a cross-country ski race across Norway, a Swiss Alps mountain climb, and a 4,800km cycle across the U.S.A., she’s probably in pretty good shape already.
