Watching Ashley Tisdale Dance To 'High School Musical' Is The Distraction You Need RN

Many people are taking advice from the federal government right now and staying home to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. And former High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale is not only one of them, but has found some pretty great ways to pass the time.

The actress just shared a cute video of herself on Instagram doing High School Musical choreography, and it’s exactly what the world needs right now. “If you need to work out while on #selfquarantine try this 😂 hopefully this will brighten your day a little!” Ashley wrote in the caption.

In the video, the Merry, Happy, Whatever star is wearing a tie-dyed sweatsuit and her hair is in a messy bun. Not to mention, she’s also wearing no makeup, and her skin looks amazing. Then, she starts dancing to High School Musical’s final song, “We’re All In This Together,” which is pretty meaningful RN.

Sure, the video is super cute, but Ashley makes a good point: It’s important to keep moving during this time. Many gyms across the country are now closed, so at-home workouts are a great way to get in a little exercise and give your mental health a much-needed boost, too. And yes, busting a move or two to HSM totally counts!
