Gabrielle Union, 48, Just Showed Off Her Toned Abs And Butt From Every Angle In A Cut-Out Swimsuit

  • Gabrielle Union, 48, just posted a series of eight photos of herself rocking a neon yellow cutout swimsuit.
  • The actress showed off her entire strong bod, sculpted abs, and toned booty from all angles.
  • Gabrielle’s workout routine includes intense strength training, Pilates, and bursts of cardio.

Gabrielle Union, 48, is currently living it up in Miami. On Sunday, she posted a series of amazing swimsuit pics during a day trip on a boat. She rocked a neon yellow one-piece swimsuit complete with cutouts and a thong-style bottom. And she looks fitter than ever from all angles.

It’s no surprise that Gabrielle shared eight different photos rocking the swimsuit. Her abs, butt, legs, and everything look seriously sculpted. “G Thang🧜🏾‍♀️👙🌊🛥,” she captioned the post.

The post got Gab tons of fire-flame emojis, ‘🔥’, from her famous friends. Tracee Ellis Ross commented, “@gabunion 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 hello gorgeous!!!!!” And Tia Mowry commented, “Don’t hurt us 🔥.”

“Grown & Moisturized & Minding The Business That Pays Me. #JustMe #NoFilter 📸 by @xoxofaithhaslem creative direction and gassing me up by @lex_a_s,” she captioned the pics.

To get so fit, Gabrielle is serious about her workouts. Last month, she shared her intense weight training workout with Heart and Hustle gym to her Instagram Stories, which included seated dumbbell shoulder presses, resistance machine ab work, weighted single leg squats using a slider under one foot as she extends her leg out laterally, and weighted sumo squats.

Besides weight training, she also loves Pilates. “The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings,” she told Women’s Health. “It’s for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I’m also more clear.”

And she also adds in strategic cardio. Gabrielle told Women’s Health that she devotes about six minutes within each sweat session to cardio. She does three sets of two-minute cardio intervals. “I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill,” she said. “Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes.”

Her hard work is clearly paying off.
