At 74, Susan Lucci Looks Insanely Toned In A New Swimsuit Instagram Pic
- Susan Lucci, 74, looks super toned in a new swimsuit Instagram photo.
- The picture was taken by the “Helmut paparazzi,” a.k.a. Susan’s husband, Helmut Huber.
- To stay fit, the All My Children alum loves doing Pilates and eating super healthy.
When you’re Susan Lucci, sometimes you just want to hang out poolside, looking all amazing. Enter the “paparazzi.”
The All My Children alum, 74, just shared an Instagram photo of herself reading in a lounger. She’s wearing a strapless white one-piece swimsuit with a low V-neckline and she’s waving away the photographer.
“Helmut paparazzi strikes again!!!” the legendary soap star joked in the caption. (FYI: The Helmut in question is her husband, Helmut Huber.)
While the caption is pretty hilarious, it’s kinda impossible to ignore how stunning Susan looks in this candid snap. I mean, her hair is all flowy, and she has toned legs for days. “Gorgeous 💝,” one fan wrote in the comments, while another said exactly what everyone else is thinking: “SUSAN. WTF. You LOOK AMAZING.”

HOW? Susan previously told Women’s Health that she works out a lot—like, six days a week. “I try to take one day off, because you’re supposed to take a day off,” she said. “But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it.”
Susan said she likes to get in a sweat session first thing in the morning “because then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself.”
The Emmy Award winner is big on Pilates and does most of her workouts using a Pilates Pro Chair, a workout tool designed to help you target your abs, thighs, and butt with Pilates. Susan does 10 moves a day on her chair, with 30 to 100 reps each. Peep one of her moves below:

She also eats really well, focusing on fueling her body. Susan’s go-to breakfast, she told Harper’s Bazaar, is Greek yogurt with organic pumpkin seeds and lingonberries, although sometimes she’ll have eggs or blueberry pancakes. For lunch, she’ll have something like a roasted turkey, avocado, and mango sandwich, using beefsteak tomatoes as a base instead of bread.
And, for dinner, she’ll usually have something like a salad, followed by an entrée of salmon, broccoli, and steamed carrots.
Is this what 74 looks like now? Because, wow.
