OHIO: This Memorial Day Weekend, Attend Our Adoption Event and Bring Home Your New BFF!

Have you been looking for a new four-legged family member in the Columbus, Ohio, area? We have great news for you—and your future doggy friend too!

The ASPCA Cruelty Recovery Center is organizing a Memorial Day Weekend adoption event for rescued dogs and we hope that you can make it! The event will take place in the Columbus area on Saturday, May 27, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be a variety of amazing canines to get to know, and they can’t wait to meet you! If you live in the area, consider stopping by to say “hello,” and you might just fall in love with one of our adoptable pups.

Please reach out to the CRC team at [email protected] to request location details for the event. We hope to see you there!

Here are just a few of the adorable dogs that will be looking for homes:

Ripley Is Ready for a Rollicking Good Time!

Ripley is a young, energetic boy who loves attention from his people, getting pets and especially loves treats! His ideal adopter would be an active person who is able to give him outlets to burn off steam. Since he’s highly food-motivated, with some training, he’d likely be an excellent trick or sporting dog. He looks forward to showing you his happy tippy-taps on his front toes when you give him a treat!

Come See Beautiful Bramble!

Bramble is a true sweetheart who can’t wait to show you how loving she can be! She can be shy at first in new situations, but she’s really come out of her shell and is ready to meet her adopters. She loves stuffed toys, and her favorite game is to adorably throw them up in the air and catch them—you’ll have to see it for yourself!

Godiva Is Looking for Someone with a Sweet Tooth!

You’ve never known chocolate as rich and sweet as our girl Godiva! She’s as loyal as can be and ready to find a loving home to bond with her people. Whether you’re looking for a cuddle bug or an active running partner, she’ll love just being by your side!

If you’re not currently able to adopt, but you know someone in the Columbus area who is, please share this post with them! We’d love to get the word out about this exciting event!

Or, if you still want to help and you’re able to take on a short-term commitment, consider becoming a foster caregiver for the CRC! Fostering saves lives too, and you can get more information by filling out a foster application.
