Eli Lilly Offers New Program To Help With Insulin Affordability

In response to the ever-climbing prices of insulin, manufacturer Eli Lilly created the Lilly Diabetes Solution Center, a helpline aimed at finding personalized solutions for uninsured and low-income individuals who need help paying for their insulin.

According to Enrique Conterno, President of Lilly USA, the Lilly Diabetes Solution Center “can help relieve the cost burden for many people and better ensure they receive comprehensive treatment for diabetes”. More specifically, the program can direct people to savings options, free clinics and support for immediate needs.

While prices for insulin continue to stay high, for some, this program may help. Here’s what you need to know about eligibility and insulin savings.
