Serena Williams And Her Six-Pack Abs Just Twerked In An Epic Dance Video On Instagram

  • Serena Williams twerked and showed off her six-pack abs in a new dance video on Instagram.
  • The video was taken by Serena’s longtime tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou.
  • To get those toned abs, Serena does tons of different exercises, including running, boxing, and—ya guessed it—dancing.

Serena Williams is one of THE top athletes in the world, let alone tennis players, but did you know she’s also a top-notch dancer, too? Yeah, that became crystal clear when the 38-year-old’s longtime tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou shared a video to his Instagram of the GOAT busting a move with a group of other athletes (I see you, CoCo Gauff and Shaun T!).

Serena—and her six-pack abs—are front and center in the choreographed dance video… and she even twerks and does the splits at the end! (Real talk: Is there anything she can’t do?!)

“The Final Show. When the Team Spirit brings together the best people. @serenawilliams @cocogauff @shaunt @chris_eubanks96
@bocaresort,” Mouratoglou captioned his post.

One fan commented, “Serena’s foot work is amazing- you forget how important footwork & grace is in tennis! No flat feet!!!”

Her outfit only added to the impressiveness of the video. In it, Serena wears jeans and a cute orange crop top that shows of her amazing abs, which the tennis champ has clearly earned with all her workouts.

Mouratoglou has been by Serena’s side through so many of her accomplishments and helps her stay in competition-ready shape by doing cross-training, like boxing. (Her arms are RIPPED!)

Beyond tennis, Serena is all about mixing up her workouts. “I ran, and then I biked. Then I did elliptical. That didn’t work out so well, because it was boring, so I tried yoga. Now I run for 10 minutes, and then I dance,” she told Fitness Magazine.

But, as the saying goes, abs are also made in the kitchen, and Serena loves to make healthy dishes at home. “Everyone loves my roasted chicken with garlic; for a minute, it was my turkey tacos. Now it’s vegan sushi. I just love to cook!” she told Bon Appetit.

Serena also said her fridge is packed with healthy options, like coconut water, tons of vegetables, wheat grass, and flavor MVPs like mint and ginger.
