Molly Sims is proving that once a swimsuit model, always a swimsuit model. The mom of three might be on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, but she’s werking it all the way to the beach. The model and actress shared a cover-worthy snap of herself in a bikini on the ‘gram. (Reminder: She is 46.)
In the photo, Molly doesn’t cover up any of her toned limbs, just a hat for her head. She’s strutting along in a tiny yellow bandeau bikini. She is a woman on a mission, which she explains in the caption: “On my way to get my next Paloma 🍹”.

So, how does the busy mama keep her abs looking so fab? Molly works with a trainer, Laura Keller. “This woman has changed my body and I couldn’t thank her any more,” Molly shared on her website. “I’m a firm believer in getting in a power workout even if it’s for 30 minutes over a one hour workout. As long as you give it your all, you’re going to see results.”
Molly shares #WorkoutWednesday videos on the reg to give her followers the inside scoop on her fitness routine. She completes planks, kicks, jumps, step downs, and much more during her very sweaty sessions.

The actress is also conscious of what she eats and fills her plate with veggies and fruit throughout the day. “I don’t have a specific diet and no I do not calorie count,” she explained on her site. “I eat when I’m hungry.”
Molly makes her current fitness and diet routine seem effortless, but she has experienced health issues that have made it anything but. Molly previously opened up about her struggle with thyroiditis, an inflammation of the thyroid gland that made it difficult to lose weight after giving birth.
At the time, Molly tried working out for one hour and 45 minutes every day. She even resorted to wearing a trash bag to sweat more, wearing a corset, doing acupuncture, and going to a Chinese herbalist.
