Mama Pit Wants to Be the Queen of Your Castle!

As the old saying goes, “Mama knows best,” and our gal Mama Pit knowst that you’re bound to fall in love with her! This sharp, lovable gal is ready to settle down into a life of leisure in the tri-state area and she’s hoping that you could be the one for her. 

Described by her foster caretakers as, “extremely smart and well behaved.” As well as “the best—such an easy dog,” Mama Pit can’t keep track of how many fans she has out there. 

But among her adoring fans, Mama Pit is searching for “the one.” She’s looking for  an adopter who is willing to take it slow and spend time getting to know each other at her pace. Mama Pit is looking for someone who will give her time, patience and lots of love. 

Since her time with us, Mama Pit has been learning that the world is a big fun place, and she is ready to go explore (as long as lots of yummy snacks are included)! While out and about, she enjoys play sessions with other dogs or long walks around the block where she can sniff to her heart’s content.

Mama Pit would do best in a home with no small animals and with children ages eight and up. When it comes to playing with other pups, Mama Pit loves them and has been a playgroup star in the shelter!
