How to lose visceral fat – the breakfast drink you should avoid or risk gaining belly fat

Visceral fat can be extremely harmful in large quantities, and it raises your chances of developing a number of conditions. But, cutting back on the amount of fruit juice in your diet may help to reduce your belly fat, it’s been claimed.

Visceral fat is more commonly known as belly fat, and it tends to wrap around your internal organs.

It’s considered a serious health problem to be carrying too much visceral fat.

That’s because the fat cells produce inflammatory markers and hormones, that increases the risk of chronic diseases.

Drinking certain fruit juices may be raising your risk of building up visceral fat.

Fruit juice may be particularly high in sugar, warned nutritionist Franziska Spritzler.

While it may also contain vitamin C and other nutrients, the high sugar content may be promoting belly fat.

Fruit juices are also unlikely to leave you feeling full, but they’re still a source of calories.

Even some of the unsweetened versions of fruit juice may be hiding sugar, she warned.
