Spice Girls' Mel B. Just Showed Off Her Super Toned Abs And Arms In A Leopard Bikini

Mel B. (a.k.a. Scary Spice of the recently reunited Spice Girls) is soaking in the summer sun post-tour, and looking downright amazing while she’s at it. The pop singer is currently on vacation in Capri, Italy, and posted a fun Boomerang of her seaside (cold drink in hand, natch) rocking a leopard print bikini.

The 44-year-old mom of three and America’s Got Talent alum literally has a six-pack. But those didn’t just, ya know, happen (if only, right?)—here’s Mel B.’s workout and nutrition regimen that help her stay fit.

According to The Sun, Mel B. was up at 4:30 a.m. to train for the Spice Girls reunion tour.
“Getting it done,workouts and eating right makes all the difference,even if I have to workout at 430am before I wake my kids up for school,” she wrote on Instagram. Whew!

She has a personal trainer.

Per the Daily Mail, Mel B.’s personal trainer is Donald Romain of Barry’s Bootcamp. She worked with Donald to prep for the Spice Girls reunion tour.

Mel B. eats really healthy.

“I like to start the day with a fruit smoothie with coconut water and a bit of greek yoghurt to keep me going,” she shared with Women’s Health back in 2017. “I’ll usually have a simple salad packed with veggies for lunch and will make a nice protein rich meal for dinner. Right now I’m obsessed with spicy grilled chicken and pepper fajitas with lime and avocado salad.” (Tbh, sounds delish.)

She’s done Jenny Craig.

Also in 2017, Mel B. was an ambassador for the brand and found it helped her lose weight as a busy mom of 3. “I think the number one thing us mums have to remember is that we deserve time to ourselves! You’re going to be a better mum if you feel good about yourself, so take the time to pre-plan your meals and lock in times to exercise,” she said. “It’s also good to have someone to give you a kick up the butt when you need it. I find my Jenny Craig consultant to be a big motivator and someone who keeps me on track when I’m feeling unmotivated.”

She’s obsessed with working her core (and it shows).

In that same interview with Women’s Health, Mel B. revealed that back in 2017 her favorite workout is core.”You can really give your core a good workout in as little as 15 minutes,” she said. “I’ll just get down and work the abs really hard with a mix of sit-ups, planks, and some exercises with the medicine ball.”
