Elizabeth Hurley just might be the OG master of found fitness. She’s regularly talked about how she gets her exercise by doing normal stuff, like walking her dogs, and now she’s got a new, less-than-traditional workout to add to the list: using a chainsaw.
Elizabeth, who looks crazy fit at 54, told Extra that the gym really isn’t her bag. “I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active,” she said. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active.” (Yup, she actually said logging.)
Basically, Elizabeth is getting her sweat on doing a whole bunch of manual labor. Clearly, the whole lumberjack thing is working for her, because she regularly shows off her toned abs in bikini pics on Instagram.

Elizabeth has been pretty open in the past about her found fitness. She previously told Women’s Health that she likes to do squats while she brushes her teeth, takes 30-minute walks with her dogs that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up,” and does yoga and Pilates here and there. And, ya know, chops down trees like it’s nobody’s business.
